Features may be improved, changed, or removed as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You are responsible for all content you upload, publish, or display through MyLobbyLoop.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for images, videos, logos, QR destinations, and other business content.

You agree not to use MyLobbyLoop for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

You may not upload or display content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

Playback performance depends on your internet connection, device settings, and browser compatibility.

MyLobbyLoop does not guarantee identical behavior across all TVs, browsers, or connected devices.

MyLobbyLoop offers a 14-day free trial and recurring subscription billing after trial activation.

Current plan details are shown in-app, including included TVs and playlists plus add-on pricing when applicable.

You may cancel at any time through your billing settings or Stripe portal access from your account.

Cancellation prevents future renewals based on your billing cycle timing.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, outages, provider incidents, or network disruptions may affect access or playback.

MyLobbyLoop does not guarantee sales, customer actions, QR scans, reviews, revenue, or business outcomes.

Results depend on your content quality, audience behavior, and business context.

MyLobbyLoop software, branding, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property law.

You retain rights to your business content, subject to permissions needed to operate the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLobbyLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the applicable claim period.

We may update features, pricing offers for new customers, and these terms over time.

If terms change, the latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
